A “good mechanic” once told me that my vehicle usually comes out a lemon (Chevy traverse 2017)
I purchased my vehicle on November 2016 with 0 miles. I have kept my service appointments and I myself make sure my vehicle runs right. Being a cancer patient and having to drive from Miami to Weston for appointments and treatments, I needed my vehicle to remain faithful.
The so called “good mechanic” performed a tuneup in my car, which he later reversed saying that these new vehicles do not need a full tuneup since they do not have a carburetor. We agreed that the filters and belts will be checked and that he was going to check fluids levels.
The first week I drove my car, it started shaking; pouring fuel at the gas station became a nightmare; needless to say, I didn’t call the “good mechanic “ again.
My oldest daughter, knowing that I need to go to my appointments; drove me to GRAMENZI AUTO SERVICES; which was recommended by a friend. The place was impecable, mechanics and admin, were well dressed. The first thing I was told by one of the reps, Alejandro, was that my car looked good despite the years and mileage.
Although my vehicle is a little banged up because my children have driven it and my grandkids have caused some interior damage; it is still in good shape and driving it has been a delight.
From the moment I drove my vehicle out of GRAMENZI AUTO SERVICES; I told my daughter that my car was back. Talk about being happy, I cried. Nothing compares to the peace of mind I now feel while driving. THANK YOU GRAMENZI
